Atix Construction Ltd was established by Atis Silvas in 2015 and the main office is situated in Spalding, UK. Although a young company, Atix Construction has secured an excellent reputation both with domestic clients and through commercial contracts.
Atis is from Latvia and brings with him a combined 12 to 50 years of building knowledge and expertise. The building industry in Latvia is based on innovative and modern construction technology which is widely acknowledged and common in Scandinavia and other European countries. The people of Latvia have an innate understanding of comfortable, well-constructed and aesthetically pleasing home. Atis brings his experience of working with the utmost efficiency and dedication across to the UK, along with the standards which underpin the high quality expectations of the Latvian market.
Determination
Starting the company and growing its reputation with English being a second language was a challenge which Atis has rapidly overcome. His determination and commitment, alongside his expertise and building knowledge, has allowed Atis to work through the setbacks of setting up a new company in a competitive market. With the growth of Atix Construction Ltd, the results of his hard work and resilience are shown in his finished projects – his achievements shine through.
